Several product and business segments I inherited were misunderstood, under-positioned, or not performing to their potential. By reframing the narrative, sharpening the messaging, and aligning cross-functional teams, I was able to turn these areas into strategic growth engines.

At Coveo, this included repositioning Workplace Solutions to better reflect customer value and competitive differentiation. The updated messaging, pitch deck, and demo strategy helped the sales team accelerate a $1M+ enterprise win and reestablish the segment as a high-performing part of the portfolio.

It also included the Website segment, which had been neglected for years. By refreshing messaging and moving from a simple site search to an end-to-end CX approach, we generated multi-million in pipeline and turned this segment into the highest growing segment for net new logos.

Across segments, I focused on clarifying the “why,” aligning teams around a stronger story, and giving Sales and Customer Success the tools they needed to win — resulting in improved traction, stronger pipeline, and renewed organizational confidence.
