I’ve had the privilege of leading, developing, and empowering high-performing teams across product marketing, operations, and global programs. Whether managing a team of six PMMs or standing up cross-functional pods from scratch, my focus has always been the same: create clarity, build trust, and give people the space and support to do their best work.

At Coveo, I rebuilt and led a product marketing team responsible for a portfolio representing 70% of company revenue. I hired, onboarded, and coached a talented group of marketers while driving alignment across product, sales, demand gen, and executive leadership. Together, we launched new products & features, shaped the overarching platform narrative, delivered multimillion-dollar pipeline, and helped evolve how the organization approached go-to-market strategy.

Earlier in my career, I influenced large global operations teams - scaling staffing centers from 14 to 300+ employees across India and Guatemala - giving me a deep appreciation for people leadership at every stage of growth. Those experiences shaped how I lead today: with clarity, empathy, and a commitment to creating environments where people can take ownership, try bold things, and grow.

My leadership philosophy is simple: set a clear direction, create psychological safety, and remove friction so teams can thrive. When people feel aligned and supported, performance follows - and the work becomes a lot more meaningful.
