At Coveo, the Platform segment had strong technology but lacked a unified, compelling story that teams could rally around. The narrative was fragmented across 4 different segments - Workplace, Service, Commerce, and Website - making it difficult to articulate the value of an AI-powered, enterprise-scale platform.

I led the effort to develop a clear, cohesive messaging framework that aligned all teams around one story - with a macro focus on EX and CX. This included redefining the platform value proposition, clarifying audience-specific benefits, and crafting positioning that connected our multi-product portfolio into a unified narrative.

The result was a messaging foundation that elevated the Platform segment’s visibility, improved cross-functional consistency, and strengthened how Coveo showed up in market conversations across marketing assets, analyst reports, and sales cycles.
