From inception to market success, I co-led the launch and lifecycle management of our generative answering solution.

Partnering closely with product, I co‑designed customer programs to validate use cases, presented directly to clients to capture feedback, and enabled internal teams with a clear narrative and supporting collateral. I also helped develop an integrated marketing campaign that positioned the solution as our 11th AI model, reinforcing our long‑standing expertise in the space.

Between late 2023 and 2025, these efforts generated $6M in additional annual recurring revenue, primarily from existing customers, underscoring the power of strategic storytelling and cross‑functional execution.
