$1M Pitch Deck
One of my most exciting and high-impact accomplishments was helping secure a $1M+ enterprise deal that had been stalled for nearly two years. The account had been circling with interest but wasn’t converting - largely because the narrative wasn’t resonating and the value story wasn’t clear.
To unblock the deal, I partnered closely with sales and solutions engineering to completely rethink the story. I reframed the messaging and positioning around the prospect’s true pains, aligned the pitch to their executive priorities, and built a high-impact, story-driven deck that elevated the conversation from features to strategic outcomes. To bring the narrative to life, I also co-created a custom demo environment (with R&D Architect support) tailored specifically to their workflows, use cases, and desired future state.
Armed with a unified story and a compelling visual + demo experience, the sales team and SE were able to show the prospect what they hadn’t been able to see before: a clear path to value. The shift was immediate. Momentum picked up, conversations deepened, and within six months, the deal closed - after more than 700 days of stagnation.
This win wasn't just about the deck; it was about building a narrative that finally clicked. It's one of the moments I’m most proud of - proof that the right story, told the right way, can change everything; and it didn't even require a change in the product.
